Everclear - Alcohol Calories
Everclear contains approximately 190 calories per ounce serving. Ouch! After three hits of this you will have used up a scary proportion of your daily caloric allowance. That said, since Everclear contains absolutely no carbs or fat it’s often been used by dieters along with other vodkas as a slimmers drink.

However, few drink Everclear straight with many preferring to mix it with some form of punch or juice. This will obviously add to the caloric content of the drink which a lot of people tend to forget whilst drinking it (well fuck, what else do you expect??! Its 190 proof! It’s bound to fuck with your memory!).
One way around this is to mix it with Diet Coke. I don’t recommend this, particularly if you were a fan of the drink beforehand as from now on you’ll taste Everclear with every sip of Coke! I personally think it works best with low-calorie Sprite. The two blend into each other to create an evil tasteless vacuum. It’s quite remarkable.
All the same, if you are in anyway serious about your diet you are best avoiding alcohol altogether. You’ll spend the next morning, hungover to high hell devouring anything with even a faint hint of grease on it!
